Energy.me operates in Illinois, Ohio, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.

Energy.me has focused on C&I sales via broker channels

Previously, Agera Energy LLC had entered into a stock purchase agreement, under which Agera is to purchase all of the issued and outstanding membership interests in Lumens Energy Holdings LLC, which is the ultimate parent of retail suppliers Aequitas Energy, Inc. and Lumens Energy Supply LLC

Agera Energy is also in line to acquire the Glacial Energy retail suppliers under Glacial's bankruptcy proceeding.
