Crius Energy Purchasing Books From Retail Supplier

Crius Energy is purchasing the New Hampshire and Rhode Island electric books of Gulf Electricity
EnergyChoiceMatters.com first reported in June that GDF Suez's Think Energy brand was acquiring several Gulf Electricity books, including Gulf's Connecticut book. Gulf has now disclosed that GDF Suez is also acquiring its New York, Massachusetts, and Maine electric customers.
Two Crius brands are acquiring the balance of the Gulf book, in New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
Crius' FairPoint Energy brand is acquiring the Gulf Electricity New Hampshire customers, and Crius' Viridian Energy brand is acquiring the Gulf Electricity Rhode Island customers.
Customers' terms of service will remain the same after the transfers.
