For PPL residential customers, BlueRock Energy is offering a 12-month fixed rate of 8.55 cents per kWh, as listed on PA Power Switch. Per PA Power Switch, there is a $100 early termination fee

For Penelec residential customers, BlueRock Energy is offering a 12-month fixed rate of 7.90 cents per kWh, as listed on PA Power Switch. Per PA Power Switch, there is a $100 early termination fee
