N.Y. ESCO To Acquire Retail Supplier

RPA Energy, Inc. has entered into a transaction under which the total equity interest in RPA Energy will be sold to Utility Expense Reduction Energy Services, LLC

RPA Energy is a retail energy supplier licensed to sell electricity in Pennsylvania. RPA Energy is wholly owned by Michael Harris.

Utility Expense Reduction Energy Services, LLC is a retail natural gas supplier active in New York, and is affiliated with Utility Expense Reduction, LLC, a New York retail electric and natural gas supplier. Utility Expense Reduction Energy Services, LLC is wholly owned by Brian Trombino. At this time, no other person holds an ownership, officer or director position with Utility Expense Reduction Energy Services, LLC.

Upon closing, Michael Harris will resign from RPA Energy.
