Nationwide Energy Partners, LLC has acquired a majority stake in the parent of retail supplier Switch Energy, LLC.
Switch Energy, LLC is wholly-owned by Switch Energy Partners, LLC.
Prior to a recent transaction, Switch Energy Partners, LLC was owned 52.5% by MDSEP, Ltd. and 47.5% by Glenn Payne.
Following the recent transaction, Switch Energy Partners, LLC is now owned 52.5% by Nationwide Energy Partners, LLC and 47.5% by Glenn Payne.
Nationwide Energy Partners, LLC offers various energy and other utility consulting and management services to multi-family property owners, including sub-metering, meter reading, billing, and collections.
None of the Nationwide Energy Partners, LLC's owners, officers or directors hold any officer or director position with any other entity in the energy industry in the United States.
