IGS Energy has released more details concerning its acquisition of the DPL Energy Resources retail electric business
IGS Energy said that the acquired book includes 126,000 electric customers in Ohio.
IGS Energy said that the name DPL Energy Resources would continue to be used during an integration period. However, IGS Energy will not be using the brands DP&L Energy nor DPL Energy, two trade names that had been in use by DPL Energy Resources
IGS Energy serves over one million customers in 16 states.
