Aspirity Energy Receives Supplier License in New State

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Aspirity Energy Mid-States LLC an electric supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. As previously reported, the company is a unit of Aspirity Holdings LLC, which previously owned Town Square Energy, LLC and Town Square Energy East, LLC f/k/a Discount Energy Group, and is now starting up new retail suppliers under the Aspirity brand

Supreme Energy Receives Authority to Serve New Territories

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Supreme Energy, Inc. an expanded natural gas supplier license to serve all sizes of commercial customers at National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, Peoples Natural Gas Company, LLC - Equitable Division, Peoples TWP LLC, and Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania. Supreme Energy had previously been granted a license to serve such customers at PECO, People's Natural Gas Company LLC, Philadelphia Gas Works, UGI, UGI Penn Natural Gas, and UGI Central Penn Gas.

The Pennsylvania PUC granted start-up BPO Green, LLC an electric broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.
