The Pennsylvania PUC granted sole proprietor Philip Harvey a natural gas broker/marketer license to serve large commercial (6,000 MCF or more annually) customers in the natural gas distribution company service territories of PECO Energy Company and Philadelphia Gas Works. Harvey had founded CAMCO Management Company, a community associate management company, and will be the energy broker/agent for CAMCO's clients
