PSC To Refund Costs To Retail Suppliers

The District of Columbia PSC is to refund unspent assessment costs related to FY 2012 to certain competitive natural gas suppliers and competitive electric providers
The assessments on suppliers and various entities are used to fund the PSC and OPC. If the assessments exceed actual costs by more than 5%, unspent funds shall be refunded
In order to receive the refund due, each assessed company listed by a PSC order shall file a copy of its W-9 within 20 days
