The Pennsylvania PUC granted MPower Energy NJ LLC an electric supplier license to serve all sizes of residential and commercial customers at PECO and PPL, and a natural gas supplier license to serve all sizes of residential and commercial customers at UGI Utilities, Inc., PECO, Philadelphia Gas Works, and Columbia Gas.

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Mirabito Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Mirabito Energy Products electric and natural gas broker/marketer licenses to serve all customer classes in all service areas. Affiliate Mirabito Natural Gas, LLC is currently licensed as a natural gas supplier in Pennsylvania
