Edison International To Formally Introduce New Broker-Consultant Edison Energy

Edison International will formally introduce at an event next week Edison Energy, a new Edison International subsidiary, "focused on meeting the energy needs of the largest energy users nationwide."

Delta Energy Services is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Edison Energy.

Edison Energy is to be formally introduced at a March 29 event featuring officials from Intel Corporation, General Motors, and UC-Irvine's Advanced Energy & Power Program
