Star Energy Partners Launches In New Service Areas, Part of Multi-State Expansion

Star Energy Partners has launched residential and commercial service at Atlantic City Electric in New Jersey, and also formally announced its offering of electricity service at Public Service Electric and Gas (PSE&G) and Jersey Central Power & Light (JCP&L)
Star Energy Partners' entry into the PSE&G and JCP&L had first been reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com last year
Star Energy Partners said that it would offer fixed and renewable plans to New Jersey customers.
Rates for the new Atlantic City Electric territory were not immediately available.
Star Energy Partners said that the expansion to the New Jersey utility service territories is part of Star's multi-year expansion plan in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Northeast states.
