ConEdison Solutions Names New CEO

Mark A. Noyes has been named President and Chief Executive Officer at ConEdison Solutions
Noyes replaces Jorge Lopez who has resigned from the positions
As previously reported, Consolidated Edison, Inc. has initiated a plan to actively market and sell the retail electric supply business of ConEdison Solutions. In a 10-Q filed yesterday, Consolidated Edison, Inc. said that it expects the sale to close within the next twelve months.
Noyes has served as Vice President of Con Edison Development (CED), responsible for the development and operation of CED's renewable energy and energy infrastructure projects.
Previously Noyes was Principal and Managing Partner for B4U Services, a firm providing consulting services to clients in the energy sector with a focus on power quality, technology development, acquisitions, renewable energy, strategic development, energy efficiency and revenue growth via business development.
Prior to establishing B4U Services in 2006, Noyes was the President and CEO of WebGen Systems, an enterprise energy management company providing complete energy services to commercial and industrial customers
