Nstar Default Service Rates To Decrease 25%

Nstar (Eversource Energy) filed basic service electric rates with the Massachusetts DPU for the period beginning July 1, 2016

For Nstar residential customers, the fixed July 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 basic service rate is 8.208¢/kWh, about 25% lower than the current rate of 10.844¢/kWh

Small C&I rates will see a similar decline
