CPG Power Holdings LLC has purchased a 100% interest in Union Atlantic Electricity Corp., a Maine-based retail electricity supplier
CPG Power Holdings intends to continue serving Maine customers under the current Union Atlantic Electricity (UAE) license and no changes will be made to the existing name. UAE will be a separate entity under the CPG Power Holdings operating structure
