CPower Acquires Demand Response Provider

CPower recently announced that it has acquired Johnson Controls' Integrated Demand Resources (iDR) business.
The purchase is part of CPower's ongoing efforts to expand its Demand Response portfolio nationwide.
Specifically, Enerwise Global Technologies, Inc. d/b/a CPower, Inc. acquired all of the capital stock of Johnson Controls' EnergyConnect Group, which wholly owns EnergyConnect.
CPower said that it and Johnson Controls will establish a long-term collaboration on commercial and technology platforms
