Texas PUC Assigns Dockets For Contemplated Rulemakings

The Public Utility Commission of Texas has assigned the following docket numbers to previously contemplated rulemakings:
Project 46204: Rulemaking Regarding Third Party Authorization to Access Smart Meter Texas Data
Project 46206: Rulemaking Regarding Governance, Performance, and Funding of Smart Meter Texas
Project 46203: Rulemaking Regarding DC Ties
The SMT rulemakings were contemplated by a settlement concerning SMT and the Commission's previously stated intent to open a separate rulemaking on third-party access
The new DC Tie rulemaking was also previously proposed by Commissioners to address issues not addressed in a recent rulemaking implementing statutory changes related to DC Ties
