NY PSC Staff To Hold Webcast on Clean Energy, Nuclear Standard Applicable to ESCOs

The Department of Public Service Staff, along with Staff of the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), will be holding an informational webcast on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 concerning the PSC's recently adopted clean energy standard (which includes a nuclear procurement standard).
The webcast will focus on the obligations of load serving entities (LSEs) under the CES and NYSERDA’s role as the administrator of the central procurement process.
