Tarsier Energy Ltd. has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the membership interests in retail supplier BluCo Energy, LLC from GoCom Corporation

Tarsier (f/k/a Huayue Electronic Inc.) is engaged in the businesses of developing, producing and selling two major product lines: energy efficient lights including high frequency induction lights and LED lights; and electrolytic capacitors.
