New PSEG Retail Supplier Seeking Licenses Beyond New Jersey

PSEG Energy Solutions LLC, PSEG's new retail supplier, has applied for a Pennsylvania electric supplier license to serve large commercial (over 25 kW), industrial, and governmental customers in all service areas.
In its Pennsylvania application, PSEG Energy Solutions said that it does not intend to offer service to residential or small commercial customers, as such terms are defined in the Pa. Code.

In an earlier FERC MBR application, PSEG Energy Solutions, which stated that it was formed to sell energy to retail customers, said that it will operate within the PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM), New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (NYISO) and ISO New England Inc. (ISO-NE) markets.
