Texas Retail Provider Names New President

Pro Power Providers, LLC d/b/a Circular Energy filed at the Public Utility Commission of Texas for an amendment to its retail electric provider certificate to reflect administrative and management changes.
The changes were filed under seal
However, the public portion of Circular Energy's amendment filing lists, for the first time, Robert Schleider as having the title of President with the company
Robert Schleider has been involved with Circular Energy since its start as a REP, serving as Corporate Secretary & Treasurer and Vice President
Robert Schleider had been identified as Vice President at the company as recently as a prior REP certificate amendment application filed by Circular Energy in April 2016
The new amendment filing also lists publicly for the first time Brian Dafferner as Executive Vice President, Sales, who joined Circular Energy earlier this year
