Direct Energy Names New Vice President

"In support of Direct Energy and Direct Energy Regulated Services' commitment to Alberta," Direct Energy announced that Dave Roberts has joined the company in the newly created role of Vice President of Alberta Operations.

Roberts will have direct responsibility for managing all billing and customer service activities in support of Direct's one million Alberta residential customers.

Roberts previously served as the Vice President of Customer Operations for Direct Energy Business

Prior to joining Direct Energy in 2006, Roberts worked across the energy industry beginning as an engineer in the Canadian oil and gas industry followed by positions in Saudi Arabia, Germany, Canada and the United States.
