Retail Supplier, Marketer Names New President

UGI Corporation announced today that Bradley C. Hall, president of UGI Energy Services, intends to retire after a 34-year career with the company.
Joseph L. Hartz, chief operating officer of UGI Energy Services, has been named president of UGI Energy Services, effective March 6, 2017.
UGI Energy Services includes UGI Corporation's competitive retail supplier as well as wholesale and midstream marketing activities.
Hartz joined UGI in 1985 as an accountant within the utility business. He joined UGI Energy Services in 1995 where he has served as vice president – assets and supply, chief financial officer, and, in 2014, was named chief operating officer.
UGI Energy Services markets natural gas, electricity and liquid fuels to residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and government customers in ten states and Washington, D.C. In addition, UGI Energy Services owns and operates a variety of midstream natural gas assets that support the storage, transportation and delivery of natural gas in the Mid-Atlantic region and also owns and operates electric generation assets in Pennsylvania.
