Texas Retail Provider Surpasses 75,000 Customers and 150,000 RCEs

Texas-based retail provider Discount Power announced that it surpassed the 75,000 customer threshold last week.
In addition, Discount Power's Residential Customer Equivalent (RCE) count now exceeds 150,000.
Discount Power was acquired by Volterra Energy LLC in March 2014. The company had 800 customers and 2,250 RCEs at the time of acquisition.
Last year, Discount Power reached the milestones of 50,000 customers and 100,000 RCEs. It has added another 25,000 customers and 50,000 RCEs in about a year
Volterra Energy LLC’s brands include Discount Power, Power Express and the soon-to-be-launched Volterra Energy.
