Utility With Active Retail Choice Program to Change Name, New Name More Similar To Retail Supplier Affiliate

The East Ohio Gas Company d/b/a Dominion East Ohio informed PUCO that, pending approval at Dominion's annual shareholder meeting, the utility's trade name will change from Dominion East Ohio to "Dominion Energy Ohio."

Dominion East Ohio informed PUCO that it intends to notify customers of the use of the new trade name and corporate logo by way of a mailed bill insert. Following approval of an application before PUCO to reflect the new trade name in its tariff, Dominion East Ohio will also include the following message on customer bills:

New Energy Around Our Name

Beginning in [date], Dominion East Ohio will transition to our new name – Dominion Energy Ohio. You’ll find a new logo on our vehicles, bills and correspondence. The change unifies our brand across the 18 states where we do business. What won’t change is our commitment to providing quality service to our customers. Visit us at our new website – www.dominionenergy.com.

Dominion's retail supplier, which is active in the Dominion East Ohio service area, currently does business as Dominion Energy Solutions

Notably, until recently, Dominion Energy Solutions' web address had been www.dominionenergy.com -- the address which will now be used for the Ohio utility (and presumably other Dominion utilities in other states).

With the change, Dominion Energy Solutions has recently adopted a new web address of www.dominionenergysolutions.com
