Utility To Set Residential POR Discount To Zero (Currently Nearly 1%)

Potomac Edison has filed with the Maryland PSC new purchase of receivables discount rates for the period beginning June 1, 2017.

Potomac Edison's proposed new POR discount rates are as follows:

Hourly         0.0000%           0.0000%

Zero discount rates reflect the zeroing-out of negative discount rates which would otherwise result from the POR calculations, consistent with PSC precedent

Rates remain subject to PSC approval.
