Retail Supplier Names Market Veteran As CEO, Will Lead Expansion, New Products

Sperian Energy has named Paul Keene as CEO, to lead growth and expansion efforts in both new and existing markets.

Prior to joining Sperian Energy, Keene held a variety of leadership roles at NRG, including President of Green Mountain Energy, VP & GM of NRG Retail Northeast (Mass Markets), VP & GM of Reliant Mid Markets, and VP of Community Solar at NRG Home Solar. Keene has also held a variety of senior roles at Direct Energy

Keene is also a co-founder of Together Solar, an urban community solar developer

Sperian said that Keene will prepare Sperian for further expansion into new markets, commodities and product offerings.

Sperian currently operates in six states, including Illinois, Maryland, Ohio, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania
