ERCOT Receives Updated Notification of Suspension of Operations

ERCOT received an updated Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for the following Generation Resource: City of Garland – GIBCRK_GIB_CRG1 (at Gibbons Creek Generating Station)

The updated NSO indicates that the Resource will be mothballed for a period of not less than 7 months and not greater than 8 months.

As previously reported, a prior NSO had indicated that the Resource will be mothballed on a seasonal basis, with a Seasonal Operation Period that begins on June 1 and ends on September 30 each year.

The proposed October 17, 2017 effective date for the suspension of GIBCRK_GIB_CRG1 is unchanged in the updated NSO
