Manufacturer Seeks License To Self-Serve Load

Nylon Corporation of America (NYCOA), a manufacturer of engineering grade nylon resins, applied at FERC for market-based rate authority so that it may participate directly in NEPOOL as a Large End User located in the service territory of PSNH/Eversource. NYCOA intends to serve its own load and its sales into the wholesale market would occur only if its nominations into the ISO-NE Day-Ahead exceed its hourly purchases.
