Utility's Residential POR Discount To Increase 60%

Delmarva has filed with the Maryland PSC proposed purchase of receivables discount rates for the period beginning July 1, 2018

Notably, Delmarva's residential POR discount would increase nearly 60% from 1.7078% to 2.7103%
