O2 Investment Partners recently announced that it had made a "significant investment" in broker-consultant EMEX, LLC, "partnering with President Dan Marzuola and his management team to continue growing the business."
Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
O2 Investment Partners is a Midwestern-based private equity firm that seeks to acquire a majority interest in lower middle market manufacturing, niche distribution, and select service and technology businesses.
