Texas Electricity Ratings Launches Electricity Rate Plan Analyzer

Texas Electricity Ratings has launched an electricity rate plan analyzer for the Texas market
The analyzer displays the actual all-in rate for various customer-selected usage levels (in increments of 100 kWh) in addition to the standard usage levels listed on the EFLs, as well as a monthly cost for such usage level
Graphs also show the all-in rate change for usage levels and differences in total bills at usage levels, indicating any jumps or cliffs for products with tiered or similar pricing
The analyzer also shows whether the rate is high or low compared to general electricity market pricing.
The rate analyzer can be selected from plans listed on Texas Electricity Ratings, in which case all of the information is automatically inputted, or customers can input information from their own EFLs
