Broker Used By Affiliated Concierge/Subscription Service Seeks Licenses In New States

Utiliz LLC has applied for a Pennsylvania electric marketer/broker license.
Utiliz has also applied for an Illinois electric agent, broker, and consultant license
As previously reported, Utiliz is affiliated with Viv Network, LLC, which offers an "autopilot" retail energy buying (subscription/concierge) service powered by Utiliz (see story on the service here). Both companies are owned by Path One Group, LLC
Utiliz was also recently granted an Ohio electric broker/aggregator license to serve all customer classes in all service areas
Utiliz is also licensed as a broker/aggregator or similar entity in Connecticut, Maryland, New Jersey and New Hampshire. Utiliz also does business in New York where there is no energy broker licensing requirement
Utiliz said in an August Ohio broker application that it had over 10 million kWh/yr under management (over 1,000 Residential Customer Equivalents).
