AP Projects Olson, Supporter Of Electric Choice Rule Review, As Retaining Arizona Corp. Commission Seat

The Associated Press has projected that Republicans Justin Olson and Rodney Glassman have won the two seats up for election at the Arizona Corporation Commission

Olson has served as a Commissioner at the ACC since October 2017 on an appointed basis.

As previously reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, Olson has supported including a review of the state's retail electric competition rules as part of a review of grid modernization (see story here)

The Arizona Secretary of State is reporting that with 99% of precincts reporting, ACC race results (two open seats) are as follows:

Registered Voters: 3,716,161
