Texas PUC Staff Issue Updated List Of POLRs To Reflect Corrections

Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas have filed a corrected list of Providers of Last Resort for the 2019-2020 term, to reflect a change in the non-volunteer POLR (aka Large Service Provider) designated as the No. 1 LSP, which is responsible for production of the POLR EFL for a specific customer class and service area.
"It has been brought to Commission Staff s attention that there were two errors in the final list for Attachment 1: (1) the Large Service Provider (LSP) No. 1 for Small Non-residential in CenterPoint's service area should be TXU Energy Retail Company, LLC (TXU) rather than Reliant Energy Retail Services, LLC (Reliant), and (2) the LSP No. 1 for Medium Non-residential in AEP North's service area should be TXU rather than Reliant," Staff said
