Start-up Retail Supplier Lead By Market Vets Receives Licenses In New State

The Pennsylvania PUC recently issued an order granting Sanford Energy Associates LLC d/b/a Powervine Energy an electric supplier license to serve all customer classes, "in all of the electric distribution company service territories throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania." (The actual license issued by the PUC omitted PPL despite the language in the order noted above).

The Pennsylvania PUC also recently granted Sanford Energy Associates, LLC d/b/a Powervine Energy a natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes at Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Inc., National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, PECO Energy Company, Peoples Natural Gas Company, LLC, Peoples Natural Gas Company, LLC - Equitable Division, Peoples Gas Company, LLC, and UGI Utilities, Inc., within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
