The Arizona Corp. Commission Staff rescheduled for February 25 a stakeholder meeting on possible modifications to the Commission's Rules for Renewable Energy Standard and Tariff ("REST"), the Environmental Portfolio Standard ("EPS"), and Net Metering.
Among questions issued by ACC Staff included: "Will such [renewable] modifications have any effect on retail electric competition if the Commission decided to explore rules on retail competition?"
