Another ESCO Withdraws Its Eligibility In New York

Counsel for Lexington Power & Light, LLC (Lexington), filed with the New York PSC a notice that, effective April 5, 2019, "Lexington formally withdraws from the NYS Retail Access Program, and terminates its eligibility to act as an Energy Service Company in New York."
Lexington said that it no longer supplies commodity services to customers in New York.
