BlueRock Energy, Inc. notified the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission that BlueRock:
1. Has started the process to withdraw from PJM
2. Has ceased supplying electricity and natural gas to customers in Pennsylvania as of March
3. Intends to relinquish its electricity and natural gas suppliers’ licenses
