On June 28, 2019, ERCOT received a Notification of Change of Generation Resource Designation (NCGRD) for the following Generation Resource: City of Garland, Gibbons Creek Generating Station (GIBCRK_GIB_CRG1)
The NCGRD states this Generation Resource, which is currently under a mothballed status, will change to a status of decommissioned and retired permanently as of October 23, 2019.
