The Maine PUC has set the Standard Offer rates for the large non-residential classes at Central Maine Power and Bangor Hydro-Electric (Emera-BHD aka BHE) for the month of September 2019.
At CMP, the September 2019 large customer Standard Offer energy price was set at $0.037036/kWh, reflecting all components billed on a kWh basis, including line losses and adders. The total Standard Offer rate will include this energy price plus a capacity charge of $10.58/kW
