National Grid Files New Default Service Rates

National Grid has filed with the Massachusetts DPU basic service electricity rates for the period February 1, 2020 through April 30, 2020 for the industrial customer group
All proposed base fixed and variable basic service rates in this story include the recovery of estimated Generation Information System Costs. Rates are shown both with and without the currently effective bypassable Basic Service Administrative Cost Adjustment Factors (BSACFs) and the currently effective bypassable Smart Grid Customer Cost Adjustment Factors (SGCCAFs).
