CIMA Energy Solutions, LLC has filed at the Pennsylvania PUC to amend its Electric Generation Supplier (EGS) license for the sole purpose of changing its authority status from a supplier of electric generation to a broker/marketer of electricity only.
In its filing, CIMA Energy Solutions noted that it has not yet contracted with any electric supply customers, and, likewise, has not yet served any electric load within Pennsylvania.
