Drift Marketplace, Inc. specifically stated in its letter to the New York PSC that, "This letter confirms that Drift Marketplace, Inc., has ceased doing business as an ongoing-concern and returned all customers to the utility. Please withdraw Drift Marketplace, Inc.' [sic] from matter 14-02554."
