New ESCO Receives Initial Determination Of ESCO Eligibility In New York

Sirrius Energy LLC has received a determination from New York Department of Public Service Staff that all requirements for the initial state of its ESCO eligibility determination have been satisfied. The company may continue with the utility approval state of the eligibility process. Once the utility state is completed and the company notifies DPS Staff of the actual production date in the utility service territories that it intends to enroll customers, Staff will confirm that final eligibility requirements have been satisfied.
