Ambit Northeast, LLC ('Ambit Energy') and Vistra Corp ('Vistra’) advised the Pennsylvania PUC that they have entered into an agreement for the acquisition by Vistra’s subsidiary, Dynegy Energy Services East, LLC ('Dynegy'), of certain customer accounts of Ambit Energy in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Ambit and Dynegy are both units of Vistra
Pursuant to the agreement, Ambit Energy will assign to Dynegy certain contracts for the provision of electric generation services to Pennsylvania commercial customers. The specific number was filed under seal
Certain Pennsylvania customers will remain with Ambit Energy after the customer transfer.
