Priority Power Acquires Texas-Based Retail Energy Broker

Priority Power Management, LLC ("Priority" or the "Company") announced the acquisition of Texas Power Consultants, LLC ("TPC"), expanding Priority Power's energy advisory and consulting services

TPC, headquartered in Tyler, Texas, offers energy advisory and consulting services to retail electric customers in East Texas and beyond.

"The addition of TPC will strengthen Priority's portfolio buying power for its customers, and increase its geographic footprint into the East Texas region with the addition of TPC's long-time and high-quality client base," Priority Power said
