Retail Energy Marketer Purchases Natural Gas Supply Assets

Advantage Energy Partners LLC, which is engaged in retail energy procurement among other services and also markets locally produced natural gas, and BOCOR Holdings LLC announced the purchase of 100% of the natural gas and oil production assets of Select Energy and Excalibur Exploration Inc.

The transaction represents 140 oil and natural gas wells located primarily in the Northeast Ohio counties of Geauga, Ashtabula, Portage, Lake and Stark counties. Advantage Energy Partners and BOCOR Holdings are equally owned and controlled by Michael Senff, Founder and President of Advantage Energy Partners, and Robert Hutcheson, President of BOCOR Holdings.

The two transactions were closed independently of each other and collectively represent a 25% increase to the production volumes and add several thousand drillable acres to the BOCOR Holdings portfolio.

Advantage Energy Partners will continue to exclusively market all the energy production of BOCOR Holdings.
