PECO Small Commercial Generation Rate Decreasing Nearly 13%

PECO has filed with the Pennsylvania PUC new electric Generation Supply Adjustment (GSA) charges for the period beginning March 1, 2021

The GSA (labeled generation charge) is the largest component of the Price to Compare (PTC). The PTC also includes the transmission charge; new PTCs have not yet been posted.

For residential customers (R, RH), PECO's GSA effective March 1, 2021 will be $0.05761 per kWh, nearly 3% lower than the current $0.05920 per kWh

For General Service (GS) customers at or under 100 kW, PECO's GSA effective March 1 will be $0.05243 per kWh, nearly 13% lower than the current $0.06008 per kWh

For Primary - Distribution Power (PD) customers at or under 100 kW, PECO's GSA effective March 1 will be $0.05152 per kWh, nearly 13% lower than the current $0.05904 per kWh

For High - Tension Power (HT) customers at or under 100 kW, PECO's GSA effective March 1 will be $0.04942 per kWh, nearly 13% lower than the current $0.05663 per kWh

The new GSAs are to be effective March 1, 2021 through May 31, 2021. The rates remain subject to PUC approval
