Connecticut Light & Power Residential, Small Business Default Service Rates Falling Nearly 17%

Connecticut Light & Power has filed Standard Service rates for the period July 2021 to December 2021, and Last Resort Service Rates for the period July 2021 to September 2021
The July 2021 to December 2021 CL&P (Eversource) residential (Rate 1) supply rate will be 7.003¢/kWh. This is about 17% lower than the current CL&P Rate 1 supply rate of 8.391¢/kWh
These rates, and all rates below, include the proposed revised bypassable Federally Mandated Congestion Charge which is -0.080¢/kWh
Small C&I Standard Service rates will fall to 6.918¢/kWh on July 1, about 16% lower than the current 8.192¢/kWh
